Job Description
Our client, a leading alternative investment firm, is seeking dedicated sales consultants to join our expanding team at our offices in Bryanston, Sandton.
As we navigate an exciting period of growth, we require sophisticated individuals with a passion for finance and the acumen to help us manage existing clients and raise more capital for our various opportunities. Successful candidates will sell bespoke private equity opportunities and financial investment products, primarily within South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and social media.
Develop relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs to propose suitable investment solutions.
Ensure the achievement and exceedance of sales goals set by the business.
Uphold the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
Provide an exceptional customer experience, nurturing long-term relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience is preferrable.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Own a car and be willing to travel.
Based in Johannesburg, willing to come into the office 5 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
FSCA experience and/or selling financial products.
Age 25-45 years.
A network of potential investors that would be willing to look at bespoke alternative investments.

A competitive basic CTC of R15 000 plus attractive commission and incentives.
Intensive training for the initial 3 months to equip you with a deep understanding of our business, products, and clients.
High salary of R50 000+ if targets are achieved.
