We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Social Development

Minimum requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Social Work, Human Services, or relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a social development role, preferably working with old age homes, facilities for children living with disabilities, etc

• Experience in a support role that enables the organization to ensure that its work is impactful and maintains a relationship between the organization and the beneficiaries of the charity work

• Experience with beneficiary communication and engagement is a plus.
