Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing customer invoices and credit notes
Reconciling customer accounts
Communicating with customers and resolving outstanding queries
Ensuring that proper authorisations are obtained when necessary
Matching customer payments to invoices
Tracking customer accounts to ensure that accounts are within credit terms
Ensuring customer statements are accurate and sent out weekly
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years experience as a creditors clerk
FMCG/ Retail experience (advantageous)
Experience working on Pastel Evolution
