•    Additions to crush and fermentations•    Barrel work•    Pressings•    Balling measurements & Samples•    Punchdowns & Pumpovers•    Cleaning of various winery Equipment•    Sorting on Sorting Line

What you’ll bring:

•    Effectively communicate with the Cellar Master/Winemaker, Assistant Winemaker, Head Cellar Hand and co-workers in either English or Afrikaans.•    Operate machinery safely and effectively.•    Conduct physical work that includes pumpovers, punch downs, barrel work and cleaning of equipment.
