Job Purpose
To perform administrative tasks associated with the processing and updating of information for the Safety Management Unit’s Support Section associated with relevant administrative activities.
Key Responsibility Areas
? Receives and verifies information recorded on requisitions from relevant departments.? Accesses and inserts information into appropriate fields on the computer system and creating work orders and/or other related instructional-based documentation detailing administrative requirements.? Processes the invoices and verifies that the correct information is recorded.? Checks the accuracy of data on specific applications recorded and provides guidance on sequences necessary for query resolution to administrative personnel.? Extracts specific security management administrative reports and forwards to relevant personnel/ departments.? Attends to queries/ complaints from the general public/ officials, etc.? Attends to specific administrative activities associated with record keeping and query resolution.

Essential Requirements
