A position has become available for a Claims Clerk to join our dynamic team.
Job description
Accurate collation, investigation, and control of retailer claims.

Key Performance Areas:

Responsible for resolving Retailer claims as per company policy
Manage and maintain claims on Gateway and on Build it on line Claims
Communicate daily with retailers on the status of their claims
Interdepartmental interaction to ensure all claims are dealt with timeously
Preparing and accurately uploading claims onto the claims online system
Resolve all retailers queries relating to the claims
Capture/Manage the weekly claims schedules on Gateway
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and send to departments to resolve Retailer claims
Prepare monthly statistical report on outstanding claims on Gateway
General office administration

Minimum requirements
Matric
Diploma in related field – Advantage
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Possess excellent numeracy skills
High energy levels
Display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Deadline orientated and work under pressure.
Computer literate in Excel and Word
Ability to work with figures accurately and under pressure
Team player
Excellent time management
