Speaks to customers telephonically. Book in customers’ vehicles and load the workshop electronically. Manage hours available to sell in conjunction with the Workshop Technicians and Managers Focus on CSI. Have a basic technical knowledge of motor vehicles. Have a professional approach. Be a team member and target driven.

To create customer confidence in the company by ensuring a professional performance.To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication.To record customer requirements and details accurately.To record vehicle details and service histories accurately.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience
Client liaison (preferred)
Exposure to workshop environment (advantageous)One year experience in motor industry as booking clerk
Qualifications Matric Certificate in basic computer skills Consumer Protection Act training
