This is a College Council position.

Salary Level 5 (R202 233 per annum)

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Post -matric qualification in office management /office assistant/ management assistant

Experience working in the Educator Sector

Driver’s license

Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

Minimum Requirements
REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12/NCV Level 4/Equivalent

English and one other official language

Computer literacy (MS Office)

1-2 years finance/SCM experience and administration experience

Duties and Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with and assist students with enquiries.

Provide Lecturer support and student administration.

Conduct routine tasks such as filing, procurement of stationary and up to date record keeping.

Perform general clerical duties including customer service, word processing, data entries and organizing related work.

Maintain Records and operate equipment including printers, copiers, telephones, and computers.
