Chop loading process

Acquired information on the levels of the bins from Millers
Received loading sheet to record and confirm loading
(Customer’s name, registration, schedule for loading, etc)
Established number of trucks to be loaded
Guided truck under bins
Started loading process
Hammered bins to remove chokes when necessary
Monitored fullness of truck according to required standard
Housekeeping

Continuously cleaned the area and the spills
Loaded sweepings into bags
Safety

Always worn safety gear (PPE)
Maintained food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
Grade 12
6 – 12 months’ experience in a similar environment
Health and safety standards
