MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The role of the Yes Trainee / Intern is to support the Sales team as required.
The main missions of the role include supporting the Sales with the following activities:
Compile and submit pricing schedules to customers as and when required
Support the team to ensure the receipt of PO’s and subsequently update the system
Taking responsibility and action to ensure the system is always at the latest pricing level
Support the sales team with the compilation, submission and invoicing of EA payments, and payment tracking thereof
Support invoicing of tooling and payment tracking thereof
Download PO’s and TO’s from the relevant systems and distribute them accordingly
Validate all retrospective payments received from customers
Fulfil tasks relating to monthly requirements of plant controlling
Ensure invoicing and payment in cooperation with the Accounts Receivable department
Support with the creation and update of articles, codings, prices, product information, etc…
Support the budget reporting and follow-up for Sales Engineers and Sales Managers (sales volumes, deliveries, forecasts…)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Education: A Sales / Finance qualification will be advantageous
Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
Ability to work in a matrixed organisation
International mind set, strong analytical skills
Previous SAP experience will be advantageous
Excel skills are critical
Languages: Ability to speak, write and read the English language70% overall achievement on full academic results.
Never been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program before.
