Job Description:

As an Admin Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

Adhere to all health and safety practices requirements and promote good housekeeping to ensure compliance and an environment where team members can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment
Administration functions such as diary management and order processing
Effective time administration and capturing of Time Sheets
Daily managing and clearing of unconfirmed absences, short time and other messages
Provide assistance to co-workers in a professional manner on request or when a need exists to alleviate work pressure
Resolve queries timeously
Document control, which will include processing and filing
Co-ordinate and administer all logistical arrangements within the agreed time frames and within policy guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
Ad hoc administration tasks as and when required
This role is in Mining department at a Band A5 level reporting to the Section Manager.

Qualifications:
Grade 12/N3
Valid South African driver’s licence (Advantageous)
Valid medical fitness certificate
Previous SAP – Time experience (Advantageous)
Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel


Experience:

2 – 3 years administration experience
