Debtors Clerk Required : TWK Agri – Mpumalanga

Job Description

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Debtors clerk within the Financial Services Division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.  

Responsibilities and Duties  

Compile and submit credit proposals received from branches 

Manage collection process of delinquent accounts 

Be able to work under pressure 

Review customer accounts on a regular basis to maintain an appropriate level of credit risk

Follow company policies and procedures 

Maintain appropriate documents, documentation and other information in the customer credit files 

Other projects and responsibilities as assigned 

Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts

Qualifications and Skills  

Matric / Grade 12 

Degree / Diploma in Accounting (advantageous)   

Computer literate in excel and word 

Must be able to communicate with clients with confidence

Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) 

Must be a team player with exceptional customer service and telephone skills

Be able to work under pressure
